Koina will act as your returns department – have the items shipped directly to our warehouses using your own carrier services or arrange it through us using one of our freight partners. We can also receive higher volumes of unsold goods from marketplaces or your other distribution partners.
Grading and Classifying
According to your guidelines for returns, Koina will process and grade returned goods. Oftentimes, inventory is in perfect condition and can be resold – simply have it restocked in your Koina pallets or have it sent back to your own warehouse, or anywhere else. Now these items are ready to sell and make you money again. Occasionally items may need to be repackaged before they can be restocked. As long as you provide the instructions and materials, we can take care of this as well.
